UI/UX Designer
Craft interfaces for complex workflows — the kind where good design is measured in fewer support calls and faster task completion.
What you'll do
- Design screens, states and flows for web and mobile products
- Turn messy operational workflows into interfaces people learn in a day
- Build and maintain component libraries with the team
- Prototype interactions and validate them with real users
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of UI/UX work on shipped products
- Strong typography, spacing and hierarchy instincts
- Care for edge cases: empty states, errors, loading, long strings
- A habit of asking why before drawing what
What you'll learn
- Systems thinking — designing with tokens and components, not pages
- Motion design as information, not decoration
- How to present and defend design decisions to clients
