Product Designer
Own product problems end-to-end — research, flows, interface, and the conversations with engineering that get it shipped.
What you'll do
- Take features from problem statement to shipped interface
- Run lightweight research: user interviews, task analysis, usability checks
- Design flows and high-fidelity UI inside our token-based design system
- Work directly with clients — founders, product leads, operators
- Pair with engineers daily; your designs ship within weeks, not quarters
What we're looking for
- 2+ years designing shipped digital products
- A portfolio that shows decisions, not just deliverables
- Comfort with ambiguity — briefs here start as business problems
- Fluency in Figma and in explaining your work out loud
- Bonus: you can read or write frontend code
